EZVoIP™ Systems

EZVoIP™ is a proprietary, security-focused system that gives the caller and the receiver
complete privacy in their conversation. Apart from being secure, this VoIP solution is
extremely scalable: it can support from a handful of phones to millions of devices, using
the appropriate hardware. In addition, EZVoIP™ has a low bandwidth requirement and
includes standard PBX features such as call waiting, call forward, caller ID, voicemail,
hold, etc. All the devices in an EZVoIP™ network can be managed centrally from a single
software interface called WingSuperSW, which is intuitive and easy to use.

The EZVoIP™ solution uses a modified H.323 protocol, enhanced for security with a
dynamic/random number controlled algorithm to encrypt packets. By using multi-layer
masking under different security keys, which can be user-generated, phone calls are
protected with total privacy.

The scalability of EZVoIP™ makes it the ideal solution for larger enterprises that wish to
consolidate their voice communications across the world, such as multinational companies,
international organizations and call centers. At the same time, the secure protocol used by
EZVoIP™ can be appealing to companies that mange sensitive data, like defense contractors, government agencies, embassies, banks, financial companies and trade companies. Also, a
cost-saving solution for companies with traveling personnel like business people, sales people, exhibitors, instructors, news reporters, negotiators, etc.

EZVoIP™ Scalability Diagram

Each Host Server can support and provide PBX capabilities up to 500 devices (Pro Phones, FXO, PSTN Gateways,
FXS Adapters or Trunk Gateways). Hosts can operate in a stand-alone fashion; however, for two or more Hosts to
be able to communicate with each other, they must be registered in the same Helios. The Helios software is
designed to route communications among multiple Hosts. Atop the Helios sits the Olympus, which enables
communication among multiple Helios. This 3-layer hierarchy allows the EZVoIP™ solution to be scaled to
accomodate the user demands and growth of even the largest companies.

EZVoIP™ Application Diagram

At its most basic level, an EZVoIP™ system is comprised of a collection of Pro Phones connected to a Host server.
After the phones are registered with the Host, they will be able to establish a link to it whether they are connected
through a company LAN, a corporate WAN or the Internet. This flexibility allows users to take the phone wherever
they go and make secure calls regardless of their geographic location. For example, traveling business people
can use the Ethernet or Wi-Fi connection at a hotel to talk to co-workers back in their office for free and with
absolute privacy, a very valuable attribute.

In the following diagram, a company is using EZVoIP™ to connect to its offices around world. With the Host server
located at the US headquarters, Pro Phones can communicate with each other through the Internet, allowing
employees around the globe to talk to each other at no cost. By using FXO PSTN gateways, any person subscribed
to the PSTN becomes reachable. In this way, when an employee in the US calls a customer in Japan, the company
will only have to pay a local or long distance call in Japan, as opposed to an international call from the US.

If the company in the previous example were to have a large number of users in each country, it could benefit by having
a Host server in each office to manage the phones and FXO devices, thus improving the scalability of the system. When
an employee in the US makes a call to a colleague abroad, the EZVoIP™ Host in the US transfers the communication
request to the Helios, which routes the call to the appropriate EZVoIP™ Host.
